We ship across Pakistan. If certain remote areas require extra time, we’ll notify you.
3) Delivery Time
- Major cities: typically 2–4 business days
- Other areas: typically 3–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays or courier delays.
4) Shipping Fees
Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Certain promotions may include discounted or free shipping.
5) Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
6) Tracking Orders
Once dispatched, you can track your order using our Track Order page.
7) Returns Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Tags must be intact.
- Sale items may have different return eligibility.
8) Exchanges Policy
If you need a different size or a replacement, we offer exchanges (subject to stock availability).

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
